Our chef in the kitchen knows that best. In the evenings, he ignites the eternal fire of passion in his magical 1400° Fahrenheit Southbend charbroiler and brings you the stars and the moon … sorry, the steaks. The best in Hamburg. And we’re not exaggerating! Our chefs put all their skills, a lot of love, and an eye for detail into all our dishes. So much so, it will make your eyes well up – with tears of joy, of course.

Welcome to the HERITAGE! Look around, enjoy yourselves, and forget outside. When you’re with us, time passes differently, namely at the speed of your desire. During Hamburg’s blue hour, the day merges with the first lights appearing on the Alster River. The water turns into a large smooth surface, and the night awakens – the best time for a dinner at the HERITAGE. Then something very special happens here: You put your feet up without losing touch with the ground. We save you a spot by the moon, and you get to decide how far into the distance you want to drift.

Mother’s Day
A special breakfast is just as much a part of Mother’s Day as a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Good news! We’ll do the breakfast preparations for you, because we know that with a little attention to detail, we can conjure up happy faces in front of colorful plates.
