Bartol Stegić, born and raised on the Dalmatian Coast of Croatia, is the Executive Chef at the HERITAGE Frankfurt PopUp. The 30-year-old has previously worked as an Executive Chef at Villa Kennedy in Frankfurt, and his other stops in the city include Oscar’s at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof, as well as the Michelin-starred restaurant at Tigerpalast. Privately, he loves competitive sports. He received his love for cooking from his grandmother.

Assisting him as the Sous Chef is Dean K’Toth, who, like Bartol, spent two years as a Sous Chef at Villa Kennedy. Subsequently, from 2021 to 2023, Dean served as the Sous Chef at Restaurant Aureus, which boasts 16 Gault Millau points and is listed in the Michelin guide. The German-British Dean, born in Celle, Germany received his training at Hotel Kolb on the North Sea island of Langeoog before moving to Hessen and working at Naunheimer Mühle.

He has worked in renowned restaurants such as the two-star restaurant Lafleur, Erno’s Bistro, Roomers, and The Legacy Bar & Grill. His expertise and passion for wine, along with his dedication to the profession of a sommelier, have become indispensable to him and shape his daily life.
As a native Spaniard, he embodies the typical passion and emotionality one would expect from someone from his homeland. His expertise and professionalism set him apart, making him a true professional in his field.
