Xanath has a degree in Culinary Arts. After cooking in Florida and New York’s kitchens for several years, she decided to step out of the kitchen and into the guest room, using her knowledge to create amazing experiences for her guests. After living and working in the Swiss Alps for almost 9 years, she is now challenging the market in the vibrant city of Basel. For her as a Restaurant Manager and her team, passion, creativity, and a love for their work simply come with the territory.
